Kinsey known for commitment to efficient and effective government
The Public Affairs Research Council of Louisiana recognizes the contributions of civic leader Norman Kinsey. He served as a long-time board member and Chairman of PAR and his guidance and leadership will be missed.
“The state of Louisiana and the Public Affairs Research Council have suffered the loss of an outstanding citizen and an important leader in PAR’s history. Norman Kinsey, who served as chairman of PAR from 1979-80, played a critical leadership role in the organization’s development. He was a life-long advocate of the principles PAR espouses – integrity, independence and accuracy,” said R. Hunter Pierson, Chairman, Public Affairs Research Council of Louisiana.
